Mindfulness helps people with anxiety, depression, mood swings and chronic pain. It helps you to become aware of unconscious mental patterns that mean you can’t move forward. If you come to our 8-week course you will learn how to leave these patterns behind and get into the present moment so you can live your life in a different way. You can have a more positive and practical outlook. For this course you will need a CD player to practise what you’ve learned at home.
In partnership with MRS Independent Living and Connect Hackney, Hoxton Health is running 8 mindfulness courses each year for the next two years. The courses will be held from one end of Hackney to the other, so there will be one near you.
