Chair-based Exercise - not for the feint hearted!!

 

Chair-based exercise can give you a good work-out and stretch and tone all your major muscle groups.  We have 2 groups - 

Tuesday 1.00 - 2.00  in the Reception at St Leonards                                     

Friday     1.00 - 2.00  at the Brittania Leisure Centre

 

For people with osteoporosis, who cannot get up/down off the floor -

Friday     1.00 - 2.00  at the Physiotherapy Gym at St Leonards

The Brittania Leisure Centre has a pool you can easily walk in to.  Come and join our supervised session.
